During your stay you should not miss anything, of course, so we have already gathered some information for you:
Bed linen & towels
The beds are prepared for you according to the person booking as well as a set of fresh towels per week in the bathroom.
Internet
We have set up a guest WiFi in the apartment for you and the access data can be found on site at the repeater.
Breakfast
We do not offer because you are self-supplier in the apartments. But you can have breakfast at the baker's only 200 m away on the town hall square.
Coffee machine
There is a French press on the one hand and a Nespresso capsule machine on the other. Depending on your taste, simply bring your own ground coffee or capsules, which are available in every supermarket.
Smoking
Smokers are very welcome. We may only ask them to make themselves comfortable on the balcony or in the loggia. Smoking is not allowed in the apartments.
Shopping possibilities
You will find all shops for daily needs on the town hall square only 200 m away. In case of a bigger shopping you will find all known supermarkets in the town.
Transport connections
We are not far away from the Schkeuditzer motorway junction and thus in only a few minutes on the A9 or A14. The S-Bahn station is about 500 m away and within walking distance. The tram stop is directly on the town hall square and only 200 m away. The airport Leipzig/Halle is reachable in approx. 10 minutes by car.
Leipzig
Whether shopping, sightseeing or working - the centre of Leipzig is only 15 km away. The best way to reach the market place is by S-Bahn in only 16 minutes. You are also welcome to use the tram to discover even more of Leipzig, or to take a relaxed ride in by car. The sporty ones can ride their bicycles along the well developed cycle paths along the `Weißen Elster´ and over the Auenwald to Leipzig.
To make it as pleasant as possible for all guests from the very beginning, we have written a few rules together. However, in most cases a respectful and considerate cooperation is sufficient:
Arrival and departure:
7If no other agreements have been made between tenant and landlord, the apartment can be occupied from 17:00 h on the day of arrival. The apartment must be vacated by 10:00 h on the day of departure.
Parking spaces:
Directly in front of the villa there are two public parking bays where you can park your car.
House rules:
The apartments are located in a villa from 1930. Due to its age, the house is not as soundproof as it is standard for new buildings. As there are several parties living in the house, all tenants are asked to maintain the room volume from 10 p.m. onwards, to refrain from disturbing quiet noise and not to bathe after 22:00 h.
The old pipelines need their attention likewise: Throw it apart from toilet paper no other hygiene articles into the toilet. Dispose of kitchen paper, sanitary towels, tampons, cotton swabs, cosmetic tissues, cotton pads, etc. in the designated bath bucket.
These are non-smoking apartments. But smokers are very welcome and we ask you to make yourself comfortable on the balcony with your cigarette.
For the love of the environment, separate the garbage into paper and cardboard, plastic and residual waste. There are the appropriate rubbish bins as well as containers for old glass and ash outside next to the side entrance platform available.
You are welcome to use the front garden and the terrace at the side entrance platform.
The courtyard entrance, the rear garden incl. pool area is exclusively our private area.
On the first floor: Please do not use the old shutters or the brass cranks. For darkening we have installed window blinds.
In the attic: A steep staircase leads to the gallery. This staircase is not suitable for children.
We are not liable for accidents and damages. If something should break, please inform us immediately. If it is a matter of a liability damage and the insurance of the tenant declares itself only to the assumption of the current value of the damaged piece, they commit themselves as tenants to take over the difference according to calculation.
The tenant agrees to the usage and liability agreements regarding the use of the WLAN Internet, not to make any illegal downloads.
Please make sure, also in your own interest, that the entrance door is always closed!
As well as with leaving the apartment all windows are closes and also the heaters turned down!
Pets:
Must be requested when booking with exact details and we decide on a case-by-case basis out of consideration for our other guests. The tenant assumes full responsibility and has appropriate liability insurance. Your darling will be kept on a leash and will not be left alone in the apartment or walked on the property. For the more extensive final 40,00 EUR per pet will be charged.
